Open Access Testing Centre
We offer an open access, cardiology-testing centre that is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5pm, except on public holidays.
We aim to offer a service that patients can easily access with our Kogarah laboratory, convenient located within the St George Private Hospital Complex.
Highly Qualified Specialists
The qualified heart specialists at Southern Cardiology are well respected by their peers and have all been working as specialists in tertiary hospitals in Sydney.
The Cardiologists are assisted by a team of experienced sonographers, cardiac scientists and administrative staff.
Together we are able to offer a complete range of cardiac testing services and links to a holistic network of health practitioners and resources

Affordable Patient Care
For consultations and other tests, Pensioners and Health Care Card Holders will be eligible for concession rates, and bulk billing may be available on a case by case basis.
Strong links to private hospitals
We provide a 24 hr on-call service to St George Private Hospital. We have been heavily involved in the development of a cardiac catheterisation laboratory at St George Private Hospital and we perform coronary angiography, cardiac catheterisation, and coronary angioplasty and stenting there.

Our specialists will be available for consultations during all working hours of the centre.
Our team of skilled cardiologists and medical support team offer a comprehensive and compassionate consultation service. Our aim is to ensure patients are cared for in a trusting environment while on their journey to good health and wellness.
Our service begins with our caring medical reception staff, extends to our experienced Cardiac Technicians and Accredited Sonographers and continues to our dedicated Cardiologists.
